Hey. If i uninstall battle net app, then reinstall it, and then choose “continue without logging in” then the app dosen’t crash, but the sec i logg inn, then it crash, so for me it feel like a backend prob at blizzard.

I’m trying to help by finding the crash reason. Once I get something to look at, it may illuminate the circumstances.

I have two battle.net accounts, one of which is having this same issue posted above. The second account (same app) has no issues what so ever.

I’m having the same issues with my main blizzard account. The catch is that I am able to login to other blizzard accounts that I have without having the blizzard client crash

Starting to think this might be account-related, but no idea what you all have in common. Maybe region. Are you all EU?

Yeah, Havin’ same issue atm & im in EU.
Issue doesn’t occur on gf’s computer when she starts launcher.

yes iam EU. if i logg inn to the app offline i can play WOW, but not call og duty becuse it say that you need to logg inn to play, but in wow you logg inn afther open the game.

Unfortunately, I’ve tried everything you’ve suggested as I said in the OP and am still having issues. I’d love for it to be a local pc issue, however if other posts here are true then it doesn’t seem to be. Hopefully it isn’t many of us with this issue and it can be easily fixed.

Started this morning for me.
performed remediation steps from previous thread, completely uninstalled, deleted appdata folders, and reinstalled and issue still remains. launcher crashes almost immediately after launch.
I am in the Eastern US
