Hi,
Anyone had issue with not being able to receive in game mail from friends, also can’t send blizz account bound items between realms? The error message says “Recipient is a Free trial account and cannot receive email”. I have ongoing subscription forever, I don’t have a free trial account. Did anyone ever got a solution for this?

A similar issue was reported in the WoW Bug Report forum here:
If the issue you are describing is for WoW, then you should use the WoW forums for posting. The forum here is for technical support on the Battle.Net Desktop App — aka, the “launcher”.
