Hey guys, I had abit of an issue with my pc and emails and a few days ago it logged me out of my bnet account and i was worried it got hacked or something. after i tried logging into it, it didnt allow me and said email and password werent recognised. i tried recoverying it. it didnt work, it only showed the email ( which i just created). is it possible to find a way to resolve this issue, or is it only up to the blizzard members to help? it also says 24 hours for response time for tickets, but ive waited 3 days and nothing so far. i had to lock my cards and bank accounts because a weird transaction was made on my bnet account

The only way to recover an account is through the ticket system, with the assistance of Customer Support. Account issues are not handled in the forum.

They can help with account recovery, unauthorized transactions, and getting your Battle.net account secured.
As stated, they already opened a ticket and are in the waiting period for an answer. They were trying to get an answer faster through the forum, which is not possible.
