I am sorry, but there is no way to contact a particular GM and you are right the forums are certainly the wrong place to even try. If you have an issue you are working on via ticket, you can do a few things:

  • If you have an open ticket in queue, you can edit that to add more information
  • If you have a recently replied to ticket, you can re-open it if it lets you and address your issue
  • If you can’t do any of the above, you can open a new ticket in the right category, and start by referencing the first ticket you want to continue. That lets whichever GM answers it know the history of the issue.

The forums are the correct place to post this Cheetah.
It’s regarding a Blizzard issue, this is a Blizzard page. There’s no single only rule to ask for help, he can post on 33 different locations if he should choose.

Not sure how you became a MPV for telling people they’re wrong when they are not.

"Adutaggixu is an AI BOT.

I’d be surprised if Blizzard actually employs a human to man the support desk.
AI bots don’t report management for assault (yet)
