I tried to login to my original Battle.net account on a new phone- but the login asks for authenticator code… so i downlaoded the authenticator app- on this new phone it asks me for a ‘restore’ code… so it then says to use ‘battle . net/bma’ to get serial number and restore code… but in order to do that i have to login to my battle/net account and when i do it asks me for authenticator code! which i can’t do because the authenticator app is on a new device and it needs to be restored… and the useless cycle repeats itself- and that’s when I pull my hair out… it’s a login loop trap…
How to resolve this? ( p.s. my apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum… )
