WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

The only only happend with Battlenet and MW

Hey Libax,

Thanks for providing this winMTR test! These do help us greatly in providing the best level of service  Lets go over the results:

This first node here has a pretty abnormal connection speed. 46ms accounts for over 1/3 of the trip across several countries, but this is a local connection within the home. While no data is being lost this does suggest there is a problem with network stability on the home network.

If these are cables that run through walls into a switch or similar, try bypassing the extra devices and equipment and connecting directly to the router/modem to see if the issue is resolved.

Similarly, if this is wifi or cellular, try a wired connection instead. Wireless connections are often at risk for disconnects due to the nature of wireless signals.

This is another device that may be outside your home. Once the data reaches this point it begins to loose packets which is likely the cause of the disconnect error you receive in-game.

Once the stability issue within the in-home network is resolved, please re-run the winMTR test to see if the problem outside the home still exists. If it does it would be up to the service provider to resolve the issue. Though I do still highly recommend resolving the in-home latency stability as a first step.

I hope this info helps. If there’s anything else you might need just let us know.
