Legal way to get icons

Hello Everyone!

I’m working on my pet project, and currently I would like to extend the UX a bit with including Class and Race Icons in the dropdowns, and another places. While the Item and Class Icons can be queried through the API, the Race icons are missing unfortunately.
My question would be is there any legal way to get these icons? I found the BLP file, but since I would have to extract it, probably I would break some ToS or EULA.
My app is only running on my local network (now, and not sure, if it ever goes to public), but still I’m feeling this not right.

you can use the icons but you must state that they belong to blizzard and are their ip blah blah blah and remove them when asked,

you can export them from in game or you can use the wow armory render link to call the icons look up console export art and you will find out how
