Izilech le difforme enfer V

Good morning,
I have to kill Izilech the Deformed in Hell V difficulty. I’ve done it many times (alone and in a group), but the quest does not validate in the codex. Could you explain to me what is wrong?

Je dois tuer Izilech le difforme en difficulté enfer V. Je l 'ai fais de nombreuses fois (seule et en groupe), mais la quête ne se valide pas dans le codex. Pourriez-vous m’expliquer ce qui ne va pas ?

Does the quest just say that you need to kill Izilech on Hell 5 or do you have to get the kill in a Warband group? If it’s the latter, you need at least 4/8 of the raid to be from the same Warband for it to count.
