Why has Blizzard made it so impossible to report bug?? This is ridiculous!! You charge for subscription but do not support??

Fix this!!

Customer Service does not handle Bug Reports. They handle tickets for billing, account access, appeals, some tech support issues, and some WoW in-game issues.

QA handles bug reports which are done via two possible submission methods.

  1. WoW has an in-game Bug Report tool you can use.
  2. Each game has a Bug Report forum where you can leave your report. They will not reply unless more info is needed, but that is how to get it to QA.

For example these are the WoW Bug Report forums. One is for Retail and one is for Classic.
