there seems to be no way of providing feedback or asking support regarding the Diablo4 beta

Not that I know of at this time. Also keep in mind, the first rule of the Beta is not to talk about the Beta. Any feedback would be in private. I just don’t know where that will be or if they will have in-game systems for it.
I realize that is an issue when it comes to Tech Support. Reminder to let it fully install before trying to play. If you try to play Blizzard games before they are done it can cause file corruption in which case a re-install may be required.
EDIT - I think feedback will be via in-game mechanisms.

Not necessarily. Step one, update your drivers, esp video. Step two, if you are getting an issue where the game stops responding or crashes I would say wait on it and assume they are going to be pushing updated builds to address issues.
