Is any portable BattleNet variant? without installing?

Cant reinstall BattleNet. It hung with 45%, then show error. It have some solution here on a forum, but for my case too hard to understand what i should do… For my case it is windows problem - when it delete some file or files it remove it fine, but if i try to remove folder - it hung, and freeze for long time, only then it can delete that folder (even if that folder is empty). So i think installer of BattleNet is try to delete some old folders and create new, but hung because my problem. So it have some portable BattleNet, that can be lauched without installing? I just want to copy it and launch. Or maybe it have some list with files, that try to create installer? I can manually delete all that folders, then launch installer.

Or maybe some SC2 updater? I need BattleNet only for update SC2.

i have same issue for weeks now,done all the follow ups they have on the sites,didnt work,had tickets written and done those too,their "fix " to the issue was check on forums ,only to see more people have same issue and clearly no response to how to fix it…
