Impossible to access on wow profile, no authorization asked

Hello,

A user of my site reports that he cannot access his WoW profile. After trying to find the reason, I block it completely. The site does not appear in the allowed applications and no authorization is asked when accessing the url. It works for my EU account and I tried to reproduce the case by creating a US account, and everything seems to work. Other users are not experiencing any problems.
He says he has deactivated and reactivated his privacy settings (GAME DATA AND PROFILE PRIVACY) but still no result. On my side, I get a 403 on /profile/user/wow.

What can I do?
