I have tried reinstalling, battle.net app, every game, then windows itself. I have ran multiple virus scans but I assumed a full complete reinstallation of windows wiping out everything but windows install files should of corrected issue. I believe this a novel bug that just began circulating and its on blizzard to contain the issue before it becomes a technical pandemic.
