Can someone help me remove my blizzard authenticator I been loosing sleep for days trying to figure out why this company can’t do something simple as helping me out! First of all I am logged in a really crappy laptop and my phone on the blizzard app but when I try to play warcraft on my gaming laptops I have it ask me for a authenticator code! Mines is disabled so it doesn’t prompt the code on my screen and I can’t enable it without a serial number and some code which I don’t have access too, I can’t do anything not even change my account info because it’s asking for a authenticator code. Nowhere to be found and I have no access to getting it. I hardly play this game and I am being asked a million questions to recover the account which I don’t have the answer to the million questions they are asking me. I am getting so sick of the customer service I am contemplating quitting over this. I really want to play wow classic bc and grind I am lvl 51 and this is getting in my way of playing and I need help can someone that is not a bot actually help me fix this? I really don’t want to quit and I want to play bc but blizzard has no customer support number or nothing and the gms don’t even help me they keep pissing me off!
