Vanguard won’t launch. I press play then it says launching to playing now, but nothing loads and doesn’t give me no error notification, then it goes back to play and just repeats whenever I try to launch.

What you are seeing is Vanguard attempting to launch, crashing, returning control to the Battle.Net App.
