I’m facing a problem where I bought my account from a website last year and this account was not linked to any phone number before, when I tried to link it I couldn’t because a region restrictions. And it seems I can’t change the region for this account either. I tried to buy some things inside the game, but I could not link the account to any payment methods outside the country where made of. When I try to link my phone number the area code is grayed out, same for changing country. I tried contacting support but they asked to upload ID photo to confirm that I am the holder of this account before going further but If I do so, the ID won’t match the account information since it’s different from the original one. This is my main account and I have progress inside games so what should I do to change the region and my phone number?
