I purchased COD: MWII 2022 and had it for a while now, I didn’t play the game for 2 months until I came back and saw I have to buy the game again. I tried everything to help me play it again, but nothing worked, I need help.
This forum is to report bugs on the Battle.Net Desktop App — the “Launcher”.
Purchase issues cannot be resolved on the forums… if you bought MWII from the Blizzard Shop, you should contact Blizzard Support with a ticket. Provide details on the ticket form, including your order number if you still have it.
Also, if you have several Battle.Net accounts, ensure that you are using the correct one.
