I had a rank 5 normal gem missing from my kit. Specifically, a rank 5 Citrine that I had in my 3-hole glove. It takes a lot of effort to craft high-rank gems to make them disappear out of nowhere
Same thing happened to me with a rank 6 tourmaline but for me it was on a neck piece. Its a lot of grind when not spending money and they won’t give it back there is no support whatsoever for a game that they make a lot of money on its complete bs. They put new content but dont fix the problems and bugs already there…
