it saying the purchase was complete and i cannot find it in the libary or in the battlenet app to download it to play bought it 12 hours ago

The steps for installing of Black Ops 6 vary depending on whether or not you have already installed “Call of Duty”.

  • If you already have Call of Duty installed (for Warzone, for example), you can modify your Call of Duty installation and add BO6. Select “Adding Content to your installation” in the following Support article;

  • If you haven’t installed Call of Duty, then you need to install it… and install BO6 at the same time. Select “Selectively Installing Content” in the following Support article.
