so its been nearly a 3month+ headache, but i cant login to the mobile app…
ive spoke to countless GM’s and followed their requests and steps from
- Uninstall the app, then reinstall it again on your mobile device.
- Make sure to update your Battle.net app on your phone.
- Make sure your mobile software is up-to-date.
- You can also try to reset your Battle.net password as a last resort
i can use the Authenticator i just cant use the other features becuase when i login it takes me to my account in website form
ive removed the Authenticator from my account, deleted the app, reinstalled the app etc etc logged in and could use the app, but once i reattached an Authenticator i lose access to the apps features again
iOS is upto date as is the app
might seem minor but i do like using the app or did to chat to people when im not in-game
