We have seen similar reports recently. Can you try the steps here?

Same problem for me. Seems like installing files are broken. (usually they 30+mb, but now only 4mb and not signed)

I read on here from somebody’s post that if you install an old version of Battle.net it will work around it. Maybe that’s how you get the files you need? :sob:
