I am currently playing from the Middle East. I swapped to the European region and played with low ping on the Bahrain servers for weeks. A few days ago, no matter what I did, I would be connected to west and central EU servers with 160+ ping, making the game practically unplayable. I know that these are the servers I connect to because each time I ask other players what servers they play on. I have no clue what caused this change and why I’m being connected to places I get horrible latency in.

I’m having the same issue but it happens more often in comp (almost exclusively) than in quickplay which is just so delightful. I’m from Australia so syd2 is what I should be connecting to but instead blizzard think its still playable on Singapore servers with 160-200ms. I have looked everywhere for a solution but it seems like you cant do anything about it. It’s such a dumb system.
