There is an automated tool that you can use to refund an unplayed and recently purchased game.

If you have made progress in game or too much time has passed then the purchase is usually ineligible for a refund.
If your refund request is auto denied, you can respond to the ticket answer to re-open it and appeal to a GM.
I have requested a refund through the site and I got declined for consumption: I have clocked less than 4 hours. Mostly sitting in the lobby and crashing.
I will put in another request. the game is already uninstalled.
