This is ridiculous, I have had this issue for years and have never been able to find a viable solution. In asking for tech support before I just get told the same information about deleting cache or reinstalling the battle.net app but it DOES NOT work and it’s not my internet connection because on no other platform (e.g. steam) do I have this issue.
My download speed for anything on battle.net will start off normal (I only get max 7mb/s on my internet) and within a minute it will exponentially decrease until it reaches 100kb/s and it will stay there. If I pause and restart the download a few times it will amp back up to 7mb/s but then drop again. It makes it incredibly frustrating every time there is a new patch or update, because I have to sit here and constantly pause and restart the download.
Does anyone have a solution that actually works?
