[Heroes of the Storm] Update loop after every launch

The old loop downloading issue is back. An empty update starts downloading every time after launching and closing Heroes of the Storm.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Battle.net, then launch Heroes of the Storm;
  2. Play a few Quick Match or vs AI matches, or simply quit the title;
  3. Attempt launching the title again via the Battle.net client and observe that an update is required to play Heroes of the Storm.
