Hello, I am the owner of the account with the nick “guiktt” and I come through this secondary account to ask for support. I lost access to my old cell phone and I can no longer access the authenticator. How can I prove that I am the owner of the “guiktt” account and resolve this issue? Thanks.
You will need to contact Support to have them remove the old Authenticator for you.
Use the link in the option for “can’t log in”.
You will need to provide Govt Issued ID to prove you are the registered account holder.
