Help Needed - I Still Have Hope

Hello Blizzard Support,

I am reaching out to request a full account recovery investigation for my World of Warcraft account, WOW#1, which was closed due to alleged exploitative activity.

I had not accessed this account since July 19, 2023, and discovered it was permanently closed on November 11, 2023, for alleged abuse of the in-game economy. I believe this action may have resulted from my account being compromised during my inactive period.

Around that same time, I experienced suspicious login attempts and authenticator spam to my email addresses, including the one tied to my Battle.net account. As a result, I had to change passwords for 2 email addresses due to unauthorized access attempts. These incidents occurred within 2 weeks of the account closure notice and strongly suggest unauthorized use of my Blizzard account.

To be clear, I have never participated in real-money trading, botting, or other violations of Blizzard’s Terms of Use. I’ve been a loyal player since 2014 with a clean record, and this situation has come as a complete shock. As you can see from my purchase history, I purchased my subscription along with in-game content including WoW Tokens not sure where the exploitative actions were.

I am kindly requesting a full compromise review of the account activity between July and November 2023 to determine whether third-party access may have led to the ban. I would also be happy to verify ownership details or update my registered email address if needed to secure the account.

I am desperate, I have tried to report appeal tickets only to be responded with the same generic answers without ever being provided any details as to what happened. Thank you for your time and consideration, and please let me know what further information you need from me.
