My account was hacked and I already submitted five tickets already and I can not access the account because they changed the email and are changing the information. None of the GM are responding. I’m hoping they will read forums. This is going back to my old ticket issue ID:92829471. I made a new account to hopefully get a response since live chat isn’t open
Account issues cannot be resolved on the forums… you need to use the ticket system.
Right now, the ticket system is overloaded and the time to get a reply is longer than the usual 24~48 hours. You will need to wait until your turn comes up… Please stop issuing multiple tickets on the same issue.
Hopefully, your turn will come soon.
