Hearthstone shop has been closed for over a week. Unable to access PERKS icon, either. I click it and nothing changes. Thanks for any help.
PS. On laptop, don’t use any other device.

This is often caused by some kind of networking problem. Have you tried testing another network like a mobile hotspot?
same thing is happening to me on my desktop
