Hearthstone Crashes whenever i launch it and when I try to open a web ticket, the submit button is unclickable eveb tho i’ve attached dxdiag, msinfo and hard refreshed browser

My apologies to not seeing this concern about Hearthstone crashing sooner as well as being unable to submit a ticket. I want to see if we can help, but would like to get some more information instead of randomly shooting into the dark with suggestions that may or may not help.
Are there any errors occurring when starting the game, or does it just close the game and return back to the desktop with no explanation why?
Any troubleshooting done? A short summary can help us avoid repeating steps.
Also can we get a DxDiag file? Just copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

I also have a problem with hearthstone crashing. In my case, I get disconnected on my Chinese model K07 tablet. it doesn’t ask me to resume the interrupted game the way it does on my phone. Disconnects almost every game.
I have no photo to show cause the game just disappears and It goes back to my desktop background photo with the icons

Post in the Technucal Support category of the Hearthstone forums; there are other players with the same or similar issue. You should probably spell out the complete make/model of your Tablet and say what OS it’s running under.
