Had no clue about "business ISP"

I don’t have time to go through trouble shooting all this temporary ban stuff. So because Blizzard has the “business ISP” ban, everytime I logged in from my business to see if it was fixed, thinking it was a server reset problem, I was just resetting the ban.

So i can’t play for a few minutes at work or even at all because someone at Blizzard thought this was a good idea. I have friends who have played D2 continuously since it first came out and they had no idea about this “business ISP”

I don’t know when I’ll ever be able to play this game again since Blizzard won’t reset anything.

9 days to 2 weeks.

I’m in the same boat, just take a break for a bit. I’m in the same boat as you, really wish they’d give you a warning when logging in with a business line or VPN first, people doing illicit things with them will just try anyways.

Heavy handed answer for a problem they have no real solution to sadly. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
