Hacked account, ticket got Merged and lost access to it

Hello. I need assistance.
I got hacked on Saturday 29th march 2025, because my email and password (hotmail) got involved in a data breach. Since that day, the hackers changed my account’s linked email and phone aswell.
Once i recovered the access to my hacked email, i’ve been receiving at least 3 mails from battle.net about tickets that were created by the hackers, trying to remove the authenticator associated to my bnet account (which i lost access since they changed my email and phone number).
I made a ticket explaining the situation and bringing the evidence i have so far, but i found that a couple of days ago the GMs “merged” the ticket and now i am not able to access to it, i dont even know to which ticket it got merged.
I made another ticket with this battle net account, and so far i haven’t got any answer from the GMs, but they been actively answering the hackers tickets. I even tried to press the “review ticket” link from the GMs answers to the hackers’s tickets, but i cant access to them since they changed the email of my bnet account.
