Hacked account issue

My account got hacked and email was changed without my permission. So I cannot log in and created an account with the same email address as my hacked account and I submitted a support ticket. Will they still be able to help me recover my account or I have messed up by creating a new account with the same email address as my hacked account used to have? Please help

My WoW account that I had since 2008-2009 was banned on 8/20/2024 for Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks), when I never used any programs or “hacked”.

I also keep getting the same responses but I’ve recently learned that a new GM looks at each appeal and sends out the same template, so that’s understandable. My frustration is that what am I to do in this situation? I know I cannot prove anything and I won’t waste my time trying to prove anything, but I do know for a fact that I don’t bot or use any cheat/hack programs. I feel like even if there is a program tripping the system and the player’s intention is not to bot, blizzard support should at least work with you a little bit before perma banning (I have no other offenses). It’s crazy that I invested hours that are equal to years of in-game time into WoW, just to have it taken away from me, permanently, for no reason at all. And on top of that I don’t even get to talk to someone or at least chat with someone about this (I understand the process is submitting appeal tickets, it’s just frustrating).

I have since started playing on my newer fresh account since my main was banned a month ago. Now what trips me out is that yesterday my 2nd account got banned, for you guessed it - Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks). I’m guessing that I may have a program that is tripping the botting system. The bans seemed to be right after I grinded Alterac Valley so that’s either coincidence or something with the BG detection.

Now after reading a bunch of posts on the forum I know that you can keep submitting appeals until they ask you to stop, or until they say they will not respond anymore. Well, my main account has gotten that response, twice actually. I’m trying to be more careful with my words in going about my 2nd account appeal process but what am I to do? Eat the loss of my main account, and potentially this new account, that I put so many hours into?

I also read up about false positives flagging the system and I truly believe this is it, but I also learned that its pretty rare which makes me worried… All I know is I am certain I did not cheat, bot, or hack, or use any AHK programs, and I’ve noticed a lot of posts on the forums recently in the past month are people posting about being accused of hacking.

I ask for your empathy and imagine yourself in my shoes, actually did not bot, but still got TWO accounts banned and now have no games to play. I really loved WoW, I’ve been a loyal player for a long time, please overturn the ban as I did nothing wrong intentionally. I understand I may have a program that is causing this, but I have no idea what it can be. I don’t have any macro programs like AHK installed.

Is there any advice you can give me in getting my account(s) back?
