I have spoken to customer support and they were of zero help told me basically to bad and report as bug. I have counted the amount of legendary crests the purple ones I have purchased with real money. It has gone over 50 crest and still no drop. This is unsatisfactory blizzard. Your monetization outrageous to begin with but not having blatantly lied to about drops in order to cash in on basically gambling children and gamers. This is unacceptable. I’m requesting a refund for my battle.net purchases. Will contact Apple with App Store ones. Thank you
