Graphical corruption/device not compatible - Samsung

Not only Xiaomi devices, same compatibility issues is ocuuring in my Samsung Galaxy S10e.

Mine is a Samsung S10+ SM-G975f so all the required specs are met: Android 12, Exynos 9820, Mali-G76, 8Gb RAM…and yet still getting the “Not compatible” error (From New Zealand)

This one is also on our radar. Certain chipsets with Samsung deviceswere having major graphical corruption errors and we’re working on those. For the time being the game is disabled for those devices. We’ll let you all know as we get more info at this thread, but once this problem is resolved the game should be flagged as compatible on your devices again. Check this thread for more info.

Game screen bugged, cant move on

Howdy! We’re actively investigating reports from users on certain Samsung chipsets with graphic errors and other issues. Given the impact of these issues, we will be temporarily removing the ability to download the game from the PlayStore until we can fix them. We will update this thread once we have more information to share. Thank you for reporting these issues to us. Our team is already hard at work to resolve them.
