Got charged twice for Prodigy's Path IV - How do I resolve?

Just checked my bank statement and it looks like I got double charged for ‘Prodigy’s Path IV’, something that’s not possible to purchase twice, so I have no idea how that happened.

I can’t find anyway to refund it on Battlenet, how do I get in contact with tech support to resolve the issue? I’ve got a screenshot of the Transaction history etc.
