My character in Wrath died. While running back to my corpse I fell in a hole and got stuck. The unstick character service doesn’t seem to work on dead characters. I tried it 5 times and each time the ticket was closed stating there was an error in processing, and to contact an in game GM, however there doesn’t seem to be any way to actually do that. I put in a bug ticket and it say the average wait time is 18 days 2 hours. I would appreciate is anyone can give me some idea of a work around.
This forum is for Classic games like Diablo 2 (2000).
There is a direct link to a ticket for a GM if the self help tool does not work.
