This global chat issue has been occurring for over 5 weeks, where you cannot talk in global chat AT ALL. This ruins the game experience, and really should not be beyond a gaming studio that has a budget such a Blizzards. If you cannot support a game as simple as Diablo, why would I renew WoW? Why would I purchase ANY of your products, when you don’t stand behind them over a length of time.
On top of all of this, now there are 4000 player queues to make a game.
Fix your game, it isn’t that complicated of an issue. I have been a lifelong Blizzard fan, but I will be taking notice of how this issue goes leading forwards… because if you can’t fix a simple chat system in a 20 year old game - I’m definitely not buying any products that are released by your company, ever again.
