Hi,
For some reasons, after an Update, i lost a feature from the Blizzard’s Application.
I cannot view neither Giphy link (animated picture) or Video if my friend is sending something.
I see only a link, if i click on it, it opened on the Browser, then, i can see the animation.
When i review my settings, i discovered than i lost completely the feature BUT in Battle.net.config the “linkpreview” is True

I called Blizzard’s Support, a nice Technician kept me for more than 2h on the phone without finding any solution.
He tested my account on his computer, he didn’t find any bug.
So, he’s concluded than it’s an issue with my computer. But which one ?
The application is running fine, i can play, i have no BSOD etc…
All i can say, is we find out the feature has been completely REMOVED for some reason.

P.S. : I do not understand why it’s forbidden to add links as there is a “Link” button when i’m writing this post.
