So I made a ticket yesterday asking why wasn’t an option to gift battle net balance that I already have to somebody else’s account. They response was very arbitrary as they basically said “You can’t do that because we don’t provide that service”. Right. I already knew that and it actually wasn’t my question so I decided to post here instead. So I have some extra balance on my account right now that I am not using and I thought I should gift it to a friend of mine. Why is that service not available? I already paid for the balance that I have so why shouldn’t I be able to use it to pay for somebody else’s account if there’s already a gift balance service? Is there a point to all this other than forcefully making it so I have to pay more money to make my gift?
