Gift box will not load on battlenet desktop app, neither does the gift box on battlenet browser. The service is simply down and I can’t claim my gift to use it. I haven’t seen any acknowledgement that the service is down yet.

I am also having this issue, the store seems to be down and I cannot claim my gift either through the gift box icon on the bnet app, or through the link sent in the email announcing I was gifted.
This has been going on for at least 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Same here, gifted around 11:30 EST - still down this morning.

Splendid, this is an issue a lot of people are having. Anyone think Blizzard is going to do anything about it? It’s been going on since last night. No change yet.

Small indy company - we should cut them some slack.. 
Would be nice to actually get to try the Paladin - but here we are.
Any info on when this is gonna get fixed? I was hoping to play paladin when i got off work but its still down after 8 hours >.>

Same, gifted wife Lord of Hatred, but she can’t claim it. Should just purchase it from her account, this sucks.
