Basically what happened is i claimed my twitch drop reward to a battle.net account where i have my Call of Duty account and my WoW account is on another battle.net cause i couldn’t merge them after i got my WoW account. Now i have a ghastly charger on an account where i have nothing on which is pointless and its a shame cause i would love it on my main account. I spoke with GMs they said they cannot do nothing about it that’s why im making this topic hopefully a Dev can help me out.
You are free to make suggestions that may be seen by Developers, but please understand that they are not going to act on that for individual players. If a change is made, it would be made to the overall account services and functions that allow movement of rewards between all Bnet accounts. It would impact everyone if such a change was ever made.
It is currently not possible, in part to avoid people selling them.
I understand completely the reason, but this was a mistake that happened where i can prove anything you want, also my accounts have the same exactly details even the emails are identical except gmail/outlook.
I am sorry Martin. They literally CAN NOT switch it for you. They have no ability to move the reward from one Battlent account to the other. It will stay with the Battlenet account that the Twitch reward was claimed as. The CS team has no tools to undo that or change that.
Any change would be from the Developers who would have to change the whole structure of the Battlenet account system, provide tools to the GMs, etc. If that is ever done, it would be far in the future. I really don’t think they will though.
It is very very unfortunate that you claimed the reward on the wrong account. There is no way to undo that though. The only thing the forums allow you to do is provide your feedback - as in you can make the suggestion. Beyond that, it is up to Blizzard if they will take that suggestion and make changes to their account system and GM tools.
