A rank 5 tourmaline has gone from my belt. Was in slot on the morning, gone by the afternoon.
Who? How? What? Where?
I had the same thing happening to me when i upgraded my tourmaline. I experienced some issues upgrading the gem and then it disappeared from the inventory
I upgraded my neck in the amory and when I went to update a second load it was missing a rank 7 tourmaline. I reloaded the first load that still had it and switched the r7 for a r6 to fix the second load with the r7 in my inv.
When I went back to the second load the r7 was gone.
It takes a lot of time to get that many gems… not happy.
