GearStore International Buyer Shipping Issue

Hello, I bought a backpack on November 6th, the estimated day of arrival to my country was November 20th.
I get it due all the pandemic issue it could take longer, they said my item was shipped on November 8th (Data received according to landmark tracking) but until now I haven’t any updates, I have tried to reach Blizzard by phone (international call) but I can only have contact with an answer machine who gave me the same information, my tracking and that the estimated time of arrival is (was) November 20th.

I would like to know what is going on my by package or how to get my money back (in case my order was never shipped).
