I ordered 2 of the new series seven pins which are now bundled as 5 pin packs for £30.
I received 2 pins instead of a total of 10, thinking this was a simple error at the warehouse I contacted gear store on email and webchat but the customer support agents at fanatics can’t seem to understand the issue no matter how many times I explain. On top of this they disconnect the web chat or ask stupid questions like sending a photo of my invoice and ignore emails. This has been going on for 4 days now and it’s wasting my time on such a simple issue.
I have filed a PayPal dispute but they have not replied to that either.
