I would just like to know if I can put shadowlands textures to wow classic lichking

To answer your question though, no. You can not change or modify game files in any way without risking your account being banned. That includes modifying textures.
The exception to changing the game is addons that change the UI display. Those are designed to work in a sandbox Blizzard provided for them.
