Game Key Doesnt Work

I just bought Diablo 2 and they gave me the key but when i enter the key. The game gives me an error message saying it doesn’t register the key.

Got mine from Bliz but the install wants the 26 character key but mine only has 19 with the ( - ) included.

Did you recently buy it digitally from Battlenet, or are you talking about the original CD key?
