Game isn't starting

As title says. Nothing is starting. Some dos window appears then disappears. No logs. Already reinstalled and not working

I did purchase heroic bundle. Still can’t figure out how to start game.
My current Hardware is:
Directx 12
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 660
CPU: i7-3820 3.60Ghz
16GB RAM
Enough hard drive space

Also don’t know how to see error log.

I get World of Warcraft error after this issue. Can’t put my print screen here :frowning:
I click ok on the error. Then I re click play wow and wow goes and plays normally.
I hope I’m making sense. English isn’t my native language.
