If the transaction already went through on my bank statement, then why have the funds not been added to my account…?
Transactions can take up to 72 business hours to complete by Federal Policy.
The way most work, is that the vendor asks for authorization, the bank gives it. You then see the transaction as pending on the bank side - or sometimes complete. That does not mean the VENDOR has the funds yet. The bank has up to the 72 hours to transfer those funds even after taking them out of your account.
If you are talking about Bnet Balance there are some restrictions on that and the duration can be different depending on payment method.
On the Shop page for Bnet balance it warns it can be up to 3 days before funds are available. To use a different method if you need a transaction done immediately.
