Fractured plain shows up on map but cant access it.
As per the Patch Notes for Season 11…
The Fractured Plane is a limited-time event where players enter an unexplored realm of their existence.
the Fractured Plane is available from March 16, 3:00 a.m.–April 6, 2:59 a.m. server time .
This is why it’s not currently available.
Wait until Thursday.
Thats what im saying, even when its active there still nothing there to access the event

The event has been active for over 30 hours at the time of this post.
